L\u2019objectif des s\u00e9ances est exclusivement le mieux-\u00eatre de la personne. Il s\u2019agit de techniques de relaxation et de d\u00e9veloppement personnel uniquement. Le client reconnait l\u2019obligation de moyen du vendeur et non l\u2019obligation du r\u00e9sultat, le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tant pleinement conditionn\u00e9 par l\u2019investissement personnel du client. Aucune r\u00e9clamation quant au r\u00e9sultat ne saurait \u00eatre soumise au vendeur. Le client reconnait et comprend pleinement que le vendeur n\u2019est ni m\u00e9decin ni psychologue et ni psychoth\u00e9rapeute. Le client reconnait donc qu\u2019il ne consulte ni pour obtenir un diagnostic, ni un traitement, ni une proc\u00e9dure th\u00e9rapeutique m\u00e9dicale. Le client reconna\u00eet que tout traitement m\u00e9dical en cours doit \u00eatre scrupuleusement suivi. Le client reconna\u00eet avoir seul la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019utilisation des techniques vues en s\u00e9ance, et d\u00e9gage ainsi sans r\u00e9serve la responsabilit\u00e9 du vendeur. CONTRE-INDICATIONS Le client est inform\u00e9 et accepte qu\u2019il est contre-indiqu\u00e9 de donner des s\u00e9ances, sans avis m\u00e9dical pr\u00e9alable, \u00e0 des personnes souffrant de pathologies lourdes (probl\u00e8mes psychiques, psychiatriques) ou tout autre probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.
